This offering is part of the company’s overarching Hyperservice initiative to provide a transparent, convenient and customer-centric service experience, the Bengaluru-based company said in a statement.
Thanks to the Hyperdelivery initiative, customers can now complete their purchase online or at any Ola Electric Store and drive home with their fully registered vehicles the same day, it added. Earlier this year, the company announced that it had brought the license plate process completely in-house.
“Hyperdelivery adds another layer of convenience and convenience for customers looking to purchase our vehicles. When we introduced it earlier this year, we completely changed the way Indians purchased their vehicles,” a company spokesperson said.
And today, the company is starting to offer the same convenience to customers who want the 4680 Bharat Cell-powered vehicles, the spokesperson added.
“We have been able to do this thanks to our D2C and vertically integrated model which gives us a huge advantage,” the spokesperson said.
As part of the customer-centric experience under Hyperservice, the company recently announced the nationwide rollout of its in-app service appointment feature that allows customers across India to seamlessly schedule maintenance for their vehicles.
Moreover, the company also announced the scaling of Hyperservice into an open platform that is redefining EV service in India.
