A South Australian estate agency has two big reasons to smile: it has just been named the best estate agency for both sales and property management in the country at a national awards ceremony.
OC Real Estate – formerly Ouwens Casserly Real Estate – was crowned both Residential Agency of the Year and Property Management Team of the Year at the recent Realestate.com.au Excellence Awards.

The agency won two of the eight awards presented on the evening and was the only SA agency to take home a trophy.
OC co-founder and director Alex Ouwens said it was incredibly special for the whole team to be nationally recognized in both categories.
“We have made great strides as a company in the past year,” he says.
“We have refined our brand, strengthened our systems and, most importantly, invested in our people.
