The seller had an LLC associated with it Shahab Karmely from Kar Properties. The buyer was Tomorrow is Far, LLC. Karmely had owned the building since the early 1990s. The residence dates from 1924 and is five stories high. The property, which was renovated in 2019, covers 7,400 square meters and also has a full basement and a roof terrace. It also has five to six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two half bathrooms and two kitchens.
🏆 Commercial: Two multifamily properties in Brooklyn were the highest commercial real estate sales in the Big Apple. Two LLCs linked to Marie Pindusthe wife of the late real estate company owner Gerald Pindus, sold a six-storey building 2911 Brighton Fifth Street in Brighton Beach and another six-storey building 230 73rd Street for a total of $20 million. The buyer of the buildings, which together have 165 units, was Angelo Parlanti.
📊 Commercial: In the Bronx, Fredricson Shares has sold three properties for $17.1 million: an auto body shop in 5760 Broadwaya warehouse 5790 Broadway and a car wash 3632 Kingsbridge Avenue. The buyer was SLA Capital & Realty LLCtied to Leonid Yevdaev. Fredricson Equities had owned the properties on Broadway since at least the 1970s.
📊 Resident: Matthew and Susan Roberts said goodbye to a cooperative 210 Central Park South for $7 million. The buyer was Marbina CPS. The Matthews have owned the unit since 2011, when they bought it for $3 million. The transaction appears to have taken place off-market, but had previously been on the market from 2020 to 2022. The co-op measures 2,200 square feet and has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, according to a previous listing.
📊 Residential: A four-story brownstone from 1901 448 Sixth Avenue in Park Slope changed hands for $6.3 million. There was a trust attached to the seller Mark A. Jungan internet entrepreneur, and Andrea Jungthe CEO of microfinance organization Grameen America. The recently renovated property covers 3,500 square meters and features 1,200 square meters of outdoor space. The house went on the market in August, with an asking price of $6.5 million. Sotheby’s International Realties Roberta Golubock had the mention. The buyer was an LLC named after the property’s address.
📊 Residential: Lawyer Shanu Bajaj Chowdhury And Your Hamathaa Salesforce executive, has secured a sponsorship unit at 200 East 75th Street on the Upper East Side for $6 million. The corner unit with four bedrooms has an elevator with key ring and a living room of 6 meters wide. The asking price for the unit, which spans approximately 2,500 square feet, was $6.3 million. Compass’ Alexa Lambert, Susan Wires And Marc Achilles had the mention. The developer of the property is EJS development
According to the numbers: Real estate invests $24 million in New York election PACs
Nearly one in four donations to the major political action committees financing this year’s New York City elections came from the real estate industry.
The industry has poured at least $24.4 million into major PACs this election season, accounting for about 23 percent of the PACs’ total contributions, according to an analysis by The real deal of campaign registrations registered with the city through October 28.
