The Denver Nuggets visit the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday, December 23 at the American Airlines Center, with tip-off at 8:00 PM ET. Denver has a record of 21-7, while Dallas is 11-19.

Denver is riding a one-game winning streak after beating Utah 135-112 on Dec. 22 and snapping a two-game skid that includes a 101-115 loss to Houston on Dec. 20.

The Mavericks have lost two in a row, losing 113-119 to New Orleans and 114-121 to Philadelphia.

Dallas won its only previous game of the season 131-121 in Denver on December 1.

The faces of Denver multiple absencesincluding Tamar Bates (left foot), Christian Braun (left ankle) and Aaron Gordon (right hamstring). Jonas Valančiūnas and Peyton Watson are listed as likely.

Nikola Jokic leads the Nuggets with 28.9 points, 12.1 rebounds and 10.8 assists per game, while Jamal Murray is averaging 24.9 points and 6.6 assists. Tim Hardaway Jr. contributes 12.4 points and Cameron Johnson adds 11.8 points per game.

Dallas is also dealing with injuries, sidelining Kyrie Irving (left knee), Dante Exum (right knee) and Dereck Lively II (right foot). Klay Thompson is doubtful due to left knee soreness, while Max Christie, PJ Washington, Brandon Williams, Dwight Powell and Moussa Cisse are questionable.

Anthony Davis is averaging 21.0 points, 11.6 rebounds and 1.6 blocks per game, aided by Cooper Flagg’s 18.7 points and PJ Washington’s 15.7 points and 7.9 rebounds.
