TSN: The Florida Panthers have a number of UFAs under consideration, including forwards AJ Greer and defender Jeff Petrywhich, according to Pierre LeBrun, could be moved at the deadline. Kevin Weekes wondered this week if goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky can be traded as he has not been renewed. LeBrun notes:
“And you know, right now in the season, given his issues, it’s not the time to approach him for an extension. That would wait until after the year. So keep an eye on that one if Florida doesn’t make a run here.”

Other possible options include Brandon Carlo (maple leaves), Dougie Hamilton (devilish), Connor Murphy (Black hawks), Justin Faulk (Blues) and Colton Parayko (Blues).
The Senators don’t have a first-round pick this year. A league executive said the only candidates of interest were defensemen Carter Yakemchuk and Logan Hensler. The Senators are not interested in trading Yaremchuk or Hensler.
