Osaka left the court to group again and returned to dump a forehand in the net in the 4th game of the third set, where Anisimova handed the critical break.

Anisimova, who was born in New Jersey and grew up in Florida, is now still a chance to win her first Grand Slam trophy in the 5th consecutive ladies’ final in a Grand Slam in a Grand Slam in New Jersey.
