Forward Industries (Nasdaq: Ford) has picked up $ 1.65 billion in cash and stablecoin obligations by a private investment in public shares (pipe) led by Galaxy Digital, Jump Crypto and Multicoin Capital, which marks the largest treasure chest finance finance company to the end.

The financing will support the plan of Forward Industries to become a listed institutional player in the Solana Ecosystem. Galaxy and Jump offers infrastructure and advisory services, while Multicoin, an early Solanabacker, brings investment expertise, according to a Monday press release.
The company said that its strategy aims to generate returns on chains and to increase the shareholder value in the long term by active participation in the decentralized financing markets of Solana.
Forward Industries will compete with people like Upexi Inc. (Upxi), which owns more than 2 million Sol -Tokens ($ 430 million) and Sharps Technology (STSS) after it had picked up $ 400 million to set up a Solana Treasury in August. Another Solana Treasury Company, Sol Strategies, with more than 435K SOL -Tokens, said on 5 September that it will stop from Toronto to Nasdaq on 5 September.
As part of the transaction, it is expected that Multicoin co-founder and managing partner Kyle Samani will become chairman of the Forward board. Galaxy President and CIO Chris Ferraro and Jump Crypto Cio Saurabh Sharma will participate as Board observers.
“A treasury on an institutional scale can be used in advanced ways within the Solana ecosystem to create differentiated value,” Samani said in a statement.
Forward has also involved Cantor Fitzgerald as a placement agent, with Galaxy’s Investment Banking Arm that acts as a co-placement and financial adviser.
Forward Industries was founded more than 60 years ago as a design company for medical and technology companies and now repeats itself as a digital assets -Treasury operator aimed at Solana.
