The busiest day of the year was December 12, 2025, when Uber recorded the highest number of rides in India, and unsurprisingly it was also a Friday.
For Uber Rentals, the two-hour package remained the most popular choice as it reflected short, errand-heavy trips across cities.

When it comes to weekend travel, Mumbai, Guwahati and Chennai saw the highest percentage of trips booked on Saturdays and Sundays. However, travel during business hours peaked elsewhere.
