We’ve arrived at our final four NFL teams, as dynasty managers have already shifted into offseason mode. This is an ideal time to take a bow on this year’s rookie class. When dynasty managers hold their rookie drafts in the offseason, there is an innate understanding that the annual first rounds will consist of big hits and disappointing failures once we actually see these players on an NFL field. That means the value of players, especially early in their respective careers, is always changing. The 2025 rookie crop was highlighted by running back depth and top-end wideouts, although there were several disappointments as well.
To round out the 2025 rookie class and fully transition to the 2026 crop, I rounded up some DLF friends to help me spot. Here are the results based on the Superflex League settings. For reference, I also included each player’s preseason rookie ADP.
ROUND ONE:
1.01 – Tetairoa McMillan, WR CAR (Preseason ADP = 1.05)
Considered the WR1 in the rookie class for virtually the entire offseason, McMillan quickly established himself as the top option in the Panthers’ offense. At just 22 years old and already with a 1,000-yard season under his belt, McMillan is rated as a Dynasty WR1, currently coming off the board as the WR9 in our January Superflex Dynasty ADP. There are arguments for several players at this top position, with McMillan being the clear top wideout in the solid 2025 class.

1.02 – Emeka Egbuka, WR TB (1.08)
Despite his status as a first-round pick selected by the Buccaneers at 19th overall, Egbuka was somewhat overlooked by many dynasty managers last season. He did have a first-round ADP, but was rarely, if ever, considered ahead of McMillan, Travis Hunter, or even Matthew Golden. Egbuka started the season with some standout performances, earning three WR1 finishes in his first five games, including WR1 overall in week five. Egbuka then hit a major rookie wall, posting just one more finish among the top-30 weekly wideouts. That’s a concern, but Mike Evans and Chris Godwin won’t be around to steal goals much longer, and the Buccaneers’ change at offensive coordinator should only help Egbuka.
1.03 – Jaxson Dart, QB NYG (1.09)
The Giants’ rookie quarterback Dart had the highest ceiling of any rookie this season. Starting in week six, Dart played four performances of QB7 or better in a five-game span, using a combination of a big arm and fearless rushing to rack up fantasy points. Unfortunately, that brash attitude that made him great also led to multiple injuries and at least one confirmed concussion. That’s really the only negative on Dart’s record entering his first NFL offseason. He currently falls just outside the QB1 range and is widely drafted as QB13 and 27.
