Today’s Monday Mindset: Thank your mother
I have a very simple challenge for you today, coming out of the US Thanksgiving weekend.
Who is the one person in your life who has always had your back? Who was your biggest supporter, your biggest fan, your encourager?
For many of us it is ours mom. For some of you, it could be your father, it could be a grandparent, it could be an aunt or uncle, or even someone outside your family.
But don’t just think about who that person is, take one action, and that is to let them know, by saying: “Mom, I am so grateful for who you are.”
And if you can say that in person, give them a big hug at the end. I don’t think anyone in the history of the world has ever been appreciated or encouraged too much.
We all benefit and appreciate appreciation, and no one hears these words enough.
So take the time to thank the person in your life who has supported and supported you the most.
Do that today. Thank your mother.
That’s my challenge. And that’s yours Monday mentality.
