Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM), the official distributor of Mitsubishi vehicles in Malaysia, has announced that more than 50,000 units of the Mitsubishi Xpander have been sold since its launch. This has strengthened Xpander’s position as the non-national number 1 MPV in Malaysia for five consecutive years as of November 2020.

For the Malaysian market, the MPV is offered with two variants of Xpander at RM99,980, with the highest Xpander Plus specification model priced at RM109,980. Both will have 1.5 liter power generators naturally aspirated four-cylinder MIVEC DOHC With 105 hp at 6,000 rpm and torque of 141 nm at 4,000 rpm, with a reduced drive to the front wheel via the old four-speed automatic transmission (4AT), although the version facelift This is offered with CVT in the other ASEAN countries market.
To celebrate this achievement and appreciate its customers, MMM is also running a campaign ‘Xpander Take a step towards your dream’which offers up to RM10,000. The campaign includes a monthly installment of only RM799, insurance subsidies and a limited purchase offer.
MMM currently has 63 showrooms (including eight 4S centres) and 63 service centers in Malaysia. In East Malaysia, MMM has 16 showrooms (eight in Sarawak and Sabah). In addition, the company has 30 certified bodywork centers and repair centers (B&P) in major cities to meet market demand.
