Miami Open is offering free tickets for 2026

The 2026 Miami Open, presented by Itaú, welcomes fans back with a free opening day on Sunday, March 15, launching two weeks of world-class tennis, culinary experiences and entertainment at Hard Rock Stadium. Fans must file a claim free ticket online in advance. Gates open at 10am, offering fans access to the tournament’s signature festival-style environment, including competitive qualifiers, select practice sessions and an enhanced campus experience.

Opening Day also introduces a series of campus upgrades designed to improve arrival, navigation and the overall fan experience. Updates include a redesigned, widened main entrance with enhanced LED screens highlighting daily programming and on-site experiences. Fans can also enjoy exclusive practice sessions in the Stadium Court, new live programming on the Fountain Plaza stage and the tournament’s growing food and beverage offerings, including a limited-time Ace the taste Culinary Passport exclusively available on Opening Day.

Activities on the opening day
The first day of the Miami Open will consist of single-elimination qualifying rounds and player practices. New this year, fans can watch stars practice and prepare for the tournament in the stadium between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.

New programming on the Fountain Plaza Stage will include live podcasts, including The Player’s Box Podcast, hosted by top WTA players Madison Keys and Jessica Pegula, and Nothing important, featuring former American tennis stars Steve Johnson, Jack Sock and John Isner – the 2018 Miami Open champion. The stage will also feature a conversation between tournament director James Blake and former Miami Dolphins tight end and WQAM sports radio host Joe Rose.

A fan favorite, Crazy hour returns from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., bringing a “crazy hour” full of lively dancing, daring music and colorful performances.

Ace the tastethe Miami Open Culinary Passport
The Ace the taste Culinary Passport is an opening day event exclusively for fans who want to tantalize their taste buds by sampling a wide range of culinary delights during the tournament. Guests can purchase the $45 Food Passport as an additional experience with their complimentary Opening Day ticket. Ace the taste guides fans in choosing six dishes from ten participating restaurants on the Miami Open campus, collecting matching stamps along the way.
