MetroList– Northern California’s largest multiple listing service (MLS) – has the Madera County Association of Realtors to his platform.
With the addition of the Madera County Association, MetroList now serves 15 counties in Central and Northern California and supports list data sharing in 29 counties.
The move increases market visibility for member directories and increases access to shared data for brokers, agents and consumers, leaders said.
“MetroList is proud to welcome the Madera County Association of Realtors and its members,” said Dave Howe, president and CEO of MetroList. “MAR is deeply committed to professionalism, education and community – values that align closely with MetroList’s mission. This partnership represents a shared vision of innovation, collaboration and long-term success for agents and the consumers they serve.”
MetroList officials said the expansion is part of an ongoing strategy to build a shared MLS infrastructure across the region. The platform offers listing management, data distribution and technology tools used by participating broker associations.
“Our mission has always been to help our members reach their highest career potential while supporting homeownership and private property rights in our community,” said Aurora Hernandez, 2026 President of the Madera County Association of Realtors. “By joining MetroList, we are offering our members a powerful, technology-driven MLS platform that supports education, professionalism and the evolving needs of today’s real estate professionals.”
Howe said MetroList’s growth along with other real estate associations is intended to strengthen the regional real estate ecosystem.
“As we continue to grow our footprint with valued partners such as the Madera County Association of Realtors and the Calaveras County Association of Realtors, we are delivering the best technology, accurate and comprehensive data, and excellent service to more professionals,” he added. “With these two organizations, we are strengthening the infrastructure that supports the real estate ecosystem in Central and Northern California.”
MetroList has been in business for 40 years and covers more than 7,000 square miles throughout California.
