Video shows woman who warns intruders before they shoot one of them after being broken into her house
A woman who defends her house and her children is not charged with shooting one of the three people who were broken into in her house in Memphis.

The 21-year-old Kimari Burnham, 21-year-old Nala Kelley and 22-year-old Dejwan Payne, who were all accused of the burglary in the woman’s house, were arrested. Burnham, who was shot, was originally mentioned in critical condition after the alleged crime.
Researchers at the office of the Shelby County Sheriff said they responded after a shooting in the woman’s house. The three people entered the house without permission just before 10 p.m. in the night of the incident, and when police officers arrived, they found Burnham that suffered from an apparent shot wound. Officials believe that the incident seems to be domestic.
All three suspects are accused of worsened burglary, while Burnham and Kelley were also accused of crime vandalism.
After detectives had collected evidence from the scene, they decided that she was acting in self -defense and would not be charged for shooting Burnham.

He also stated that the same law applies, even if the invaders had no weapon with him.
