Homebuyers from Melbourne are bracing for Savage Spring auctions, since the suburbs up to 65 percent in just three months after shock price increases.
New proptrack details reveal that Bulleen units shot 65.6 percent in one quarter, while Sandringham -Huizen have risen 37.6 percent, MacLeod Homes 36.9 percent and Fitzroy 34.7 percent.

“Buyers have shook off the winter break, racing sellers to mention for Christmas, and Momentum is at its peak.”
