How to make Maria’s favorite ranch dressing

To make my favorite ranch dressing, I use liquid coconut oil! I love this coconut oil because it is liquid at room temperature, smells or tastes like coconut and works great in my Mayo and Ranch dressing recipes! I enjoy experimenting with this new life -changing ingredient!

  • Place the egg in a mason pot with a wide mouth quartz. Make sure that the egg and all ingredients are room temperature, otherwise the Mayo will probably not come out.

  • Add the dijon, axic juice and salt in the pot with the egg.

  • Place the oil in a measuring cup.

  • The use of a stick blender combine the egg mixture and add the oil slowly while moving the stick blender up and down. The mixture will be emulsifying and mayo!

  • To make the ranch, add the sour cream, broth and herbs in the Mason Jar with the Mayo. Use an immersion -blender to pulsate until a smooth mixture. Taste and adjust herbs as desired.

  • Keep extras in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a maximum of 8 days.
