Manchester United Women face a busy fixture list in 2026.

Competitive in all competitions

United have enjoyed a successful European adventure so far, winning four of their six Champions League games.

That’s why they will face Atletico Madrid in the round of 16 in February.

They currently sit fourth in the league, but are only three points behind second-placed Chelsea at the halfway point of the season.

Head coach Marc Skinner’s side also have FA Cup commitments against Burnley on January 18.

They have also reached the semi-finals of the League Cup after beating Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 in the last match before the winter break.

League Cup details

The Red Devils learned shortly after their win over Tottenham Hotspur that they would face North London again, this time facing Arsenal.

The Gunners are currently third and have just one point more than United this season, so it promises to be a tightly contested affair.

The official club website has also provided more information about the exciting clash.

It states that “Details for the Subway Women’s League Cup semi-finals have been announced. The Reds face Arsenal on Wednesday, January 21, with kick-off at 7pm GMT.”

The semi-final will take place at Meadow Park, home of Boreham Wood. Details of the television broadcasts are yet to be confirmed.

In the other semi-final, the top two teams in the competition, Manchester City and Chelsea, meet at the Joie Stadium on the same date and time.

United Women have never won the League Cup and will hope this is finally their year.
