Despite all the quality Manchester United There are reports all over the pitch that the Red Devils have joined Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham in the hunt to sign Yan Diomande.
Diomande has established himself as one of the best young players in the Bundesliga since joining RB Leipzig from CD Leganes last summer. and the 19-year-old has been one of the most productive strikers for the Bundesliga club this season. He has scored seven goals and provided four assists in sixteen appearances in all competitions so far
Sky Sports recently claimed that a €100 million price tag will prevent the Reds and other interested clubs from making a bid in January. They would prefer to get a deal around 60 to 70 million euros.
But this does not seem likely after a recent statement from Oliver Mintzlaff, chairman of Red Bull’s supervisory board.
“As chairman of the supervisory board, I can confidently say that he will certainly stay with us next season – even if there were an offer of €80 million or €90 million,” he told Sky Sports Germany.

The money being talked about for Diomande is well over £80 million. He has been brilliant for the German side this season and his quality and age are why he is so highly rated.
Manchester United have a long list of transfer targets, they have a certain type of player they would like to bring into the squad, and while Diomande is a quality player, he is probably not the type of player who will make a difference in the squad.
There are a number of players linked to Diomande, so it will be interesting to see where he ends up when he leaves the German side.
