After the Indian strikes, Pakistan launched a wave of drone and rocket attacks, but was thwarted by the air defense systems of India. On 10 May, India took revenge by focusing on 11 important military air bases in Pakistan – some of which have to resume activities to this day.
It is these strikes that ultimately forced Pakistan’s hand to call India and negotiate about a ceasefiring. What India stupid, however, was the unilateral statement of US President Donald Trump that he mediated the truce between the countries by the trade tires.

But what does India think about what led to the cessation -furen?
According to the MotN survey, 31% of the respondents believe that PM Modi only assumed the truce, while 25% thought that Pakistan’s request ended the three-day hostilities.
Interestingly, 29% of the respondents were of the opinion that pressure from Trump forced both countries to stop fighting.
However, a majority of the respondents (55%) believe that the Center has provided truthful and transparent information about Operation Sindoor, while 33% felt different.
