🏆 Commercial: The Maimonides Medical Center in Borough Park was the largest commercial transaction today. Welltower pre-sold the 206,714-square-foot hospital $151.9 million to recover medical property.
🏆 Commercial: The second highest was commercial sales $38.1 million for a 43,365-square-foot office building at 26 Bleecker Street in NoHo. Planned Parenthood sold the seven-story building to Izaki Group Investments.
📊 Commercial: An apartment complex at 480 Audubon Avenue in Fort George was purchased today $5.3 million. DJB Realty has sold the apartment complex with 63 apartments to Jack Geula.
