The Founders Cup of the LPGA Tour is sponsored by Fortinet in a multi-year partnership, which brings the event to new heights and marks a return to Northern California in 2026.
Fortinet, the global cyber security leader, will be the new title partner of the Founders Cup, starting with the 2026 edition of the tournament. They will replace knowledge as the sponsor.
The LPGA announced that the event will be held in Sharon Heights Golf & Country Club in Menlo Park, California, from 19-22 March.
Sharon Heights, recently renovated and granted for his sustainability -oriented design, will organize the 15th edition of the Founders Cup. The Bay Area last organized a non-Major LPGA Tour event in 2022.
The Founders Cup celebrates 75 years since the creation of the LPGA, in honor of the founders with a competition that is routinely attracting a world -class field.
The sponsorship of Fortinet brings considerable investments in the LPGA and increases the tournament portelar to $ 3 million from $ 2 million in 2025.
