The schedule for Stage 1b of the World Team Table Tennis Championships finals has been released – with 112 teams in action and tickets from just £5, head to the Copper Box Arena for four incredible days of world-class table tennis!
Participants in Phase 1b from Tuesday 28 April to Friday 1 May will include Welsh women, led by GB Olympian Anna Hursey.
Athletes from all corners of the world, from Argentina to Thailand and New Zealand to Puerto Rico, will head to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park with one thought in mind: to qualify for the top seven seeds and host England in the main draw at the OVO Arena Wembley from May 4.
With 12 tables in action and two sessions per day, it will be a great spectacle, played in the iconic Box That Rocks, known for the Olympic and Paralympic Games in London.
Tickets cost just £5 for children and £15 for adults – so you’re guaranteed to see lots of great action at an affordable price.

The first teams will take to the field at 10am on Tuesday and among those starting that session are the Danish men, the highest ranked team in the draw and led by all-action superstar Anders Lind, the world number 15. They start against Mexico in Group 3.
The highest-ranked women’s team in the stage, Egypt, also make their first appearance at 10am, with teenager Hana Goda (WR 25) leading them against South Africa in Group 3.
Wales start their campaign against Nigeria in Group 11 on Tuesday at 5pm. Their other matches are against Uzbekistan at 7.30pm on Wednesday and Australia at 12.30pm on Friday.
That final match is a chance for Wales to avenge their defeat to Australia in the bronze medal match at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.
The Singapore women won the world title in 2012 and are the reigning Commonwealth Games champions – they start against Trinidad & Tobago on Tuesday at 7.30pm and also take on Hungary and Ethiopia.
India are another huge draw and their men – the 2022 Commonwealth champions in Birmingham – start against Guatemala at 5pm on Thursday. At the same time, the women’s team will compete against Rwanda.
The other notable matches include the match between Australia and New Zealand, which takes place on Wednesday at 12.30pm.

From Monday 4 May, the knockout rounds will begin with the Round of 32, leading up to the final on Sunday 10 May when the champions will be crowned.
