According to the latest investor presentation, Lodha Developers plans to launch an area of 10 million square feet for sale of 15 projects in the second half of the 2025-2026 financial year.These projects are located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune and Bengaluru.
During the first quarter of this fiscal, Lodha Developers had launched projects worth Rs 8,300 crore, while in the second quarter of 2025-26, it launched projects worth Rs 4,900 crore.
“Significant launches planned in the second half across cities, on track to meet our pre-sales guidance of Rs 21,000 crore for FY26,” the presentation said. Sales bookings stood at Rs 4,290 crore in the year-ago period. During the first six months of this fiscal, the company’s sales bookings or pre-sales rose 8 percent to Rs 9,020 crore, compared to Rs 8,320 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.
During the last fiscal, Lodha Developers’ sales bookings rose to Rs 17,630 crore, against Rs 14,520 crore in the previous year.
Lodha Developers is focused on improving home sales in its ongoing projects and does not want to depend on new launches to meet annual pre-sales guidance, the company told analysts.
It also plans to enter the Delhi-NCR housing market and expects to launch the first project on a pilot basis. The first project is likely to release in Gurugram.
