Kroupi Junior joined Bournemouth from Lorient last summer after an impressive season for the Ligue 2 side. The 19-year-old was French football’s top scorer in the 2024-2025 season and has adapted well to the demands of the Premier League.
Kroupi Junior has scored eight goals in the Premier League this season despite making just 11 league appearances for the Cherries.
The Frenchman is averaging a goal every 109 minutes in the Premier League, while his expected goals (xG) above performance of +3.35 is the third highest in the division behind Harry Wilson and Morgan Rogers.
His performances have attracted a lot of attention, including Chelsea and Liverpool. LiveScore report that Liverpool have looked extensively at Kroupi Junior this season and are considering a summer approach.
The club’s sporting director Richard Hughes previously held the same role at Bournemouth, signing Milos Kerkez from the South Coast side last summer.
