Adelaide, SA (Sunday, February 15, 2026) – LIV Golf Adelaide 2026 has set not one, but two new records, becoming the most attended event for LIV Golf and for professional golf in Australia.
Prime Minister Peter Malinauskas and Scott O’Neil, CEO of LIV Golf, today announced the record-breaking four-day attendance of more than 115,000 during the fourth and final round of play.
“This turnout sets a new record that everyone in South Australia and sports fans across the country can be very proud of. This is a showcase not only of world-class golf, but of South Australia,” Malinauskas said.
“As far as the partnership with LIV Golf is concerned, it is going from strength to strength. We are exceptionally optimistic about the future and you can understand why.”
As part of the most attended golf event in Australian history, Saturday welcomed 38,500 visitors, the highest number in a single day in LIV Golf’s history.
As the competition for both individual and team victories on the course intensifies, fans from across the country have taken to The Grange Golf Club to enjoy the world’s golf competition.
The attendance figures are the latest success for LIV Golf Adelaide, which has remained the competition’s flagship event for four years and continues to raise the bar for how global sport, entertainment and culture combine.
It is also the result of the competition’s successful partnership with The Grange Golf Club, which has organized the event since its inception.
Nearly 400,000 fans have passed through the gates at The Grange Golf Club throughout the event’s history, helping to create a world-renowned legacy for the competition and for South Australia.
