Lauri Markkanen makes Jazz Writer pretty stupid after the Eurobasket performance

Lauri Markkanen dominated the Eurobasket -Friendly competitions. After a seasonal season with the Utah Jazz, Markkanen looked like his old self again. Although some were skeptical if he would maintain that when the real tournament begins, Markkans undoubtedly proved that his impressive game during the friendly matches was no coincidence during their debut match against Sweden.

Finland won his first Eurobasket match against Sweden, in which Markkanen played an important role in the victory of his home country.

Markkanen may not have been as dominant as he had been in previous performances, but he did what the best player does in his team: leading the team to victory. What is even more important, he has deleted every doubt from the player he is still. It is not as if it is completely a surprise that Markkans would do something like this, but it is still fun to see.

If there is something, it gives more hope for what is coming for jazz this coming season. Utah is not going to see many victories this season, but seeing Markkans returning to Form would still be a nice sight for fans to see.

Will Prime Markkans lead the jazz to more victories in line?

Markkanen will only continue to indicate that this season he will look more like his old self, which is a shame because an All-Star caliber player like he will probably see for another year from his Prime wasted with a reconstruction team such as the Jazz.

The jazz star is such an impressive story that it is difficult to separate. He is a late bloomer who was finally in the right team to play for the right coach. It is not so easy to exchange such a person, even if it were logical.

At the age of 28, one can only wonder when Utah will try to win with Markkanen in the team, if it ever comes up. The jazz knows exactly where he is capable of, that’s why they have kept him off the table despite some interested voorblers, but how long are they willing to waste his prime until they decide that it is best to get him from the team or until he decides that he is the best elsewhere?

What could play a role in the future of Markkans in the long term to see how he performs alongside the young talent of jazz. There is no doubt that this season mixes and match a lot for Utah. What will be the most interesting is to see how Markkans mixes with some other young people from Utah, such as Ace Bailey and Kyle Filipowski. His chemistry with them could very well determine his future with jazz.

If he can let it work with professional Finnish basketball players in the Eurobasket tournament, he can do it with jazz. But we will have to see first.
