After a highly competitive national search, Landscapes Golf Management has been selected to operate the semi-private Arlington Ridge Golf Club in Leesburg, Florida, 40 minutes northwest of Orlando.
For the centerpiece of the Arlington Ridge Development District, Landscapes Golf Management will provide turnkey golf business strategy and planning, course maintenance, clubhouse operations, marketing, IT, staffing and training, food and beverage, merchandising, golf instruction and financial management.
The company’s initial focus will be on smartly and quickly reversing previous shortcomings in golf course quality, food and beverage standards, banquet sales and overall member and guest satisfaction.

Arlington Ridge Golf Club opened in 2005 and is located in the award-winning active adults-only community of Arlington Ridge. The championship course features a river meandering along its southern border, and majestic canopies of ancient oak trees over all 18 holes, providing a picture-worthy backdrop to greens and fairways along the way.
Six-time PGA TOUR winner Gary Koch designed Arlington Ridge so that golfers of all levels can enjoy subtle nuances of well-placed hazards, elevated greens and dogleg approaches. With five tee boxes ranging from 4,877 to 6,610 total yards, the course’s respectable par 71 offers regular play members and guests the opportunity to experience new challenges every time.
Arlington Ridge features a professional driving range and putting green, and a full-time professional staff provides private and group golf lessons. Before and after rounds, golfers can enjoy Chatham’s Café & Chesapeake Bay Grille.
