Inactive WTA player Christy Pliskova welcomed her second child, a son named Dominikwith her husband, Slovak footballer David Hanko. The 33-year-old Czech tennis star shared the happy news on Instagram and posted a sweet photo of the newborn.
Pliskova, a former world number 35, has been away from the WTA Tour since the Astana Open in September 2021, after taking a step back from professional tennis to focus on family life. She and Hancko became parents for the first time in 2022 when they welcomed their son Adam. Now their growing family has expanded with the arrival of baby Dominik.

Earlier this year, Kristyna delighted fans by announcing her pregnancy in a touching photo featuring the entire family. Dressed casually in beachwear and sunglasses, she was seen lovingly cradling her baby bump while Hancko stood next to her and gently held her bump. Their son Adam leaned in to kiss his unborn brother or sister.
The couple’s love story has been closely followed by fans since they first went public with their relationship. Pliskova and Hancko got engaged in July 2021, and later that year, in December 2021, they announced they were expecting their first child. They got married in February 2022 in a small, intimate ceremony.
