The New York Knicks dominated the Washington Wizards 132-101 to earn their seventh straight victory on Tuesday night.

Karl-Anthony Towns had 19 points and 14 rebounds, Mikal Bridges dropped 23 and Jalen Brunson added 21 for the Knicks. OG Anunoby added 19 points.

However, Josh Hart sprained his ankle in the third quarter, walked to the tunnel in pain immediately after leaving the game and did not play again. Hart had 4 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists before leaving the game.

On the other end, Will Riley scored 17, and Bub Carrington added 14 for Washington.

The Wizards have won three of their last five, but the two losses came by 31 against the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday and by the same margin against the Knicks four days later.

The Knicks have won 11 straight games against Washington.

New York went 2-9 from December 31 to January 19, but they recovered from that slump during this seven-game series, winning 54, 27, 30 and 31.

They were able to rest players ahead of Wednesday night’s showdown with the Nuggets, who also played in Detroit on Tuesday.

Only Brunson reached the 30-minute mark for both teams in this match.

The Knicks led by as many as 18 points in the first quarter and led 72-45 at halftime.

Washington plays a road game at Detroit on Thursday, while New York hosts the Nuggets on Wednesday.
