Kneecap has sworn “to fight again in court” after the British prosecutors have announced that they will appeal against the decision of a court to throw the terrorism against rapper Liam og o Hannaidh.
The RAP trio said that the case is being politically driven and that the Crown Prosecution Service has submitted nothing new in its appeal.
The Crown Prosecution Service said in a short statement that it would appeal to the decision because “we believe that there is an important legal spirit that should be clarified”.
The trio expressed indignation about the decision of the social media appeal.

“Again, this is a huge waste of taxpayers money, from the police, from the court period,” they said on Facebook.

‘We will fight against you again in your court. We will win again. “
The rappers said that there was no “important point of right” and that prosecutors had not submitted nothing new in their profession.
“What is there, however, is a state -wide witch hunt against Palestinian solidarity,” said the band.

“The media were cheerfully aware of this profession before we were.”

The decision to appeal the judgment as Attorney General Lord Hermer Shadow Justice Secretary Robert Jenrick warned not to harm the future procedures against O Hannaidh and to ask him “carefully consider further public comments”.
Jenrick had previously written to Hermer in which it was called for an urgent investigation into the issue and claimed that “it raised serious questions about the competence of all involved”.
Public Prosecutors claim that O Hannaidh can be seen in a recording of a performance at the O2 Forum in Kentish Town, Noord -Londs, which shows him and shows and reflects the flag of Hezbollah as he says “Up Hamas, Up Hezbollah”.
