Khamzat Chimaev and Ciryl Gane train in Middle East because they ‘really recognize’, says rising PFL star

Khamzat Chimaev and Ciryl Gane are known to be working with a rising PFL heavyweight, and the rising fighter recently spoke about some of these training dynamics.

The fighter in question is Pouya Rahmani, who will fight Karl Williams on February 7 at PFL Dubai: Nurmagomedov vs. Davis. He was addressing high-level people he has worked with who have well-rounded MMA skills when he gave his thoughts on some of his training experiences, Rahmani said [via Bowks Talking Bouts],

“Most of the good fighters come to the Middle East. So we train together, you know. Most of the UFC fighters that come to the Middle East come to us, we train together. So Khamzat Chimaev, you say, he’s my brother. We had two camps for his two fights.”

“So we were together and Ciryl Gane for his fight. Azamat [Murzakanov]he also fights on the same card as Ciryl Gane, he is 16-0. He was at camp with me. Yes, a lot of fighters when they fight and if their fight is in the Middle East they come to us and we train together.
