Keto Butter Garlic Egg recipe – Perfect buttery comfort!

Monsoon often brings out the desires for comfort food. With the downpour that gently taps windows and slows the world a bit, many people award to fried snacks. But for those of us on our keto trip, we must look for other ways to satisfy our desires – without falling off the car. That is when you have to try my recipe for ketob butter garlic egg. It is indulgent, warm and loaded with delicious garlic -like goodness.

The folding, soft eggs baths in garlic; Butter sauce gives a perfect taste with Italian herbs and a hint of warmth. It is a perfect monsoon -friendly meal that is free, but still satisfying without messing with your macros. Another good thing is that it is easy to prepare with just a few ingredients that are perfect to keep you warm when the air turns gray.

Ingredients:

For the egg mix:

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 8 Eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of red chili flakes

For butter garlic sauce:

  • 7-8 fine chopped garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of gingerbread
  • 1.5 teaspoon of cornmeal
  • 3/4 teaspoon of Italian herbs
  • 1 teaspoon of chili flakes
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • 2-3 tbsp finely chopped parsley finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoon oil
  • 5 tbsp butter (50 g)

Instructions:

For soft folded eggs:

  1. Take a pan and heat 1 teaspoon of oil. Now add 2 tbsp butter. Keep the flame low.
  2. Add the colored egg mixture and turn the flame on medium. Do not stir for a minute.
  3. Then gently fold the egg mixture gently.
  4. You have to fold it slowly to get large cooked egg chunks. You can do the large chunks in smaller breeze, but it should not look like scrambled eggs.
  5. Cook it for about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Place it on a plate.

For butter garlic sauce:

  1. Add 1 teaspoon of oil again and then add 3 tbsp butter to heated oil on medium -sized flame.
  2. Add finely chopped garlic, stir and fry for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Then add pepper powder, Italian herbs and chili flakes.
  4. Reduce the flame and add the corn flour. Stir it over low heat for 1 minute and make sure that no lumps are formed.
  5. Keep the heat low and add the milk to this mixture. Also add 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix well and cook over low heat for about 1-2 minutes until your sauce gets thicker.

Last step:

  • Add boiled eggs to sauce. Fold carefully and heat for 1-2 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
