Kaia Gerber lists Soho loft for $8.7 million – realestate.com.au

Kaia Gerber is officially saying goodbye to Soho.

The daughter of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber has put her Mercer Street loft on the market for $5.79 million ($A8.7 million), the New York posT reports.

The news comes as rumors swirl that Gerber dated Lewis Pullman after almost a year of dating.

Gerber recently moved to Los Angeles to film Ryan Murphy’s new series The Shards.

The glamor girl bought the apartment in 2018. Photos published by the New York Post shows that the pad has received a complete makeover.

Her real estate agent, Georgia McDonald of Power Team in Corcoran, said the house has long stood out among the neighborhood’s lofts.

“It remains one of the most beautifully finished loft-style homes in Soho,” she told The Post.

The renovations were supervised by Gerber himself.

Ms. McDonald pointed out new white oak floors, a redesigned oak fireplace surround and a completely updated kitchen with custom cabinetry and high-end appliances.

“The result is a cohesive, soothing palette that gives the entire space a clean, gallery-like feel,” she added.

The apartment is located on a high floor of a discreet full-service building completed in 2006.

A private elevator takes you directly to the great room, where 11-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows overlook Mercer Street.

The kitchen – a Bulthaup design, anchored by appliances from Sub-Zero, Gaggenau and Miele – opens into a dining area large enough for 10 people.

A hallway leads to the master suite, which has an east-facing balcony and a Carrara marble bathroom with double sinks, a bathtub and a glass rain shower.

The second bedroom also has its own marble bath.

The unit also includes a powder room, in-unit laundry, central air and private storage.

Ms. McDonald said the apartment has remained essentially untouched since Gerber finished renovating it.

“Despite these upgrades, the newly updated apartment has barely been lived in as Kaia recently moved back to California,” she said.

“This means that the home is in pristine condition and ready to move into for the next buyer.”
