Before I helped customers build equality, I was building worlds. Literal. I started my career as a prop creation for film and theater and built everything from Stop-Motion miniatures to crazy props for Portlandia. That experience has tightened my eye for design, construction and creative problem solving skills that I now use to help my customers see the hidden potential (or pitfalls) in every house. Buying or selling a house must feel empowerment, not overwhelming. I strive for buyers and sellers the knowledge and resources they need to navigate through the market with confidence. Whether it is about strategizing winning offers or negotiating repairs, I bring a hands-on, detailed approach to each transaction. Customers turn to me for my honest advice and “get it done” attitude. I am not just here to sell houses- I am here to help my customers make smart, strategic decisions that have made them successful. My own journey to homeowners started while earning $ 20/hour in a non -profit theater. Through Creative Lending Solutions I was able to buy my first home and give my senior dog the garden of her dreams. Friends started to turn to me for guidance and I became their unofficial home assignment adviser. Years later I am still driven by the desire to have an impact in my community and helping others to achieve financial stability by homeowner, because I have seen the benefits firsthand. I especially love working with first buyers, single people and creatives to find affordable ways to break in the market. My love affair with Portland has spanned almost two decades and I know this city inside and from the peculiarities of the historic houses to the best coffee spots in every neighborhood. I constantly have awe for all the fantastic architecture and nature that surrounds us. Whether it is climbing in local gyms, cycling on pedalpalooza rides, paddling with the Willamette or volunteering in the tool library, I remain deeply involved in my community and I love to connect my customers with local gems.
