- The price per square foot grew from $ 248 in July 2024 to $ 268 in July 2025, an increase of 8 percent.
- The median price rose from $ 493,622 to $ 505,000, an increase of 2 percent.
- The average price has risen higher from $ 571,077 to $ 610,492, an increase of 7 percent.
Year-to-date house prices until July to July
- The price per square foot grew from $ 240 in the first 7 months from 2024 to $ 254 in the first 7 months of 2025, an increase of 6 percent.
