The fifth week of the court ended today with a short visit from fellow rapper Kenye West, and the revelation that judge Arun Subramanian will indeed dismiss one of the jury members on Monday.
Judge: The court does not believe that further investigation is required. The reason we have alternative jury members is whether there are any questions. Where a question like this is, removal of the jury member is required. The jury member will be fired, he should not return on Monday

New York Post Reported:
‘[This comes] After it has come to light, the person is currently staying in New Jersey, even though he said earlier that he lived in the Bronx. The judge said he spoke with ‘Juror 6’ who told him that he ‘recently moved to New Jersey’ to live with his girlfriend.
Earlier the panel member said: “I live in the Bronx, I live with my fiancé and my baby daughter,” the judge explained.
Subramanian said that the Snafu shows the jury member ‘cannot follow simple instructions’ or ‘there are serious questions about the frankness of the jury member’. “
Judge: In Voir Dire, he said, I live in the Bronx with my fiancé and daughter. There is no reason to lie than try to go up the jury. Then he said on the collaboration

The judge is concerned that the jury member has and wants to be an agenda [in the trial]. ‘
According to the NYP report, when the judge announced his decision, Diddy shook his head and kept it in his hands.

“But after a powerful argument from Combs, Xavier Donaldson, the judge said he had let the lawyers know if he changed his mind.
Donaldson argued that the jury member should stay in the case, because if he has been rejected, this will reduce the diversity of the group. But public prosecutors said that luckily the jury would still be ‘very diverse’. “
