De La Rosa, who comes from New York, followed in the footsteps of his father to become a competitive bodybuilder and shuns fast fixes of fitness riders, instead choose to grind for his goals. “It’s me, but people don’t want to train hard anymore,” asked De La Rosa of the TMP panel. “Everyone is looking for the easy way out.
