Jon Jones Rips ‘Absolute Asshole’ That Leaked Arthritis Revelation

Jon Jones didn’t want the whole world to know he has arthritis. A recent conversation recorded on Meta glasses showed Jones talking about his arthritis. The former UFC light heavyweight and heavyweight champion was asked about a possible wrestling match against archrival Daniel Cormier. However, Jones dismissed the idea as he revealed that he has severe arthritis in his left hip. Jones claimed he was even a candidate for a hip replacement. “Bones” said he wants to keep the rest of his good hip to play with his 3-year-old son.

Jones has now criticized the man who leaked the conversation, which was intended to be confidential. Jones also admits that he does indeed have severe arthritis. However, Jones knows that comes with being a lifelong athlete, and he has no regrets.

Comes with the territory

“The guy who leaked that was an absolute asshole,” Jones told the Schmo. “I was talking to some guys in confidence, and he had one of those Meta glasses on like me, and he ended up posting that. That wasn’t for everyone to hear, but that’s how life works. It’s true that I have arthritis, and I’ve been an athlete all my life, and it’s just something that comes with it. I think I started playing sports in 7th grade, now I’m almost 40 years old. So it’s part of it, but I would do it all over again.”Jones (28-1) retired as heavyweight champion last year after shutting down the division for more than a year.
