Although many believe that Kevin Love will never fit for the Utah Jazz, he will stay with the team. This is probably because the jazz waited until Love’s trade restriction went to trade it with someone else. Well, with the low season, dog days have been introduced, there is a way in which jazz could benefit from the love situation: exchange it in the Philadelphia 76ers.

That is where the jazz can come in. Utah has a huge TPE thanks to the John Collins trade, and they also have love, which the Sixers can only acquire to refrain from and stretch to make room for Grimes. A scenario like this can certainly work between the two sides.

Because the jazz currently has 16 players in their selection, part of making this deal would entail KJ Martin and his unguarient contract. They should also roustish and/or abandon one of Drummond or Oubre, but that would not be too difficult, regardless of which route they take.
They could take advantage of the despair of the sixers by taking back the salary that they do not want to sign Grimes again and possibly want to get some tensile assets out of it. Of course they should swallow some bad salaries, but the potential benefits of a deal like these would be too good to leave.
(This would work better with Martin, but because that is exactly whose jazz took over, they cannot exchange him back to Philadelphia in February.)

Utah is absolutely able to make such a profession because they have done it in the past. Just look at what they did when they acquired Georges Niang from Boston. They not only got him back, but they got two second round picks for their problems to help Boston save money, and that is exactly what the Celtics wanted.
The jazz used the priorities of the Celtics by extracting assets on top of Niang. If they get the chance to get even more or better assets from Philadelphia, because they hope to keep Grimes, Utah should definitely do it without thinking twice.
