Moffat described the building as for itself built with all the things he would like.
That turned out to be exactly what three groups were looking for, with a local family who defeated two other parties with a purchase at the top of the price guide of $ 2.7 million $ 2.9 million.
Chris Savvides from Jellis Craig said that both the buyers and Moffat were “excited” with the result.
The house has an outdoor kitchen next to the entertainment space of Al Fresco.
The house shows several living zones over the map.
“James is considering a new project in the area,” said Savvides.
“And there is clearly a market for this, so we expect James to do well again. Not many builders speculate here with this type of house, so there are not much brand new on the market.”
