Race -Autodriver became builder James Moffat has sold a Donvale House that he had built tailor -made for the suburb in a $ 2.85 million deal that the brakes made at a planned auction.

The son of Bathurst -legend Allan Moffat, he still racets in the Trans AM series with the support of car enthusiasts and billionaire LMCT+ Baas Adrian Portelli.

Moffat described the building as for itself built with all the things he would like.

That turned out to be exactly what three groups were looking for, with a local family who defeated two other parties with a purchase at the top of the price guide of $ 2.7 million $ 2.9 million.

Chris Savvides from Jellis Craig said that both the buyers and Moffat were “excited” with the result.
