USC and Maryland received both votes.
In The latest US LBM Coaches Top 25 PollDe Hoosiers moved three places to No. 9.
IU was no. 19 in the survey of the preseason coaches and fell on number 21 after the season opening victory against Old Dominion.
But the Hoosiers have increased since the old Dominion -Win and raised five places from no. 17 to no. 12 Last week after crushing Illinois at a memorial stage.
