Kia Nurse’s all-round performance

Rachel Banham’s game
For a player who is more satisfied with photographing the ball, Banham has become a consistent and familiar presence with the Poin poisition. She showed that against the Valkyries by equaling the nurse with seven assists, in addition to the 14 points to her name. Banham also took five rebounds.
The duo of Kamilla Cardoso and Elizabeth Williams
The second -year student and the veteran worked together to check the middle. Both ended efficiently, crashed on stage and played with physicality. The Veteran Williams has taken on the role of Mentor for Cardoso and acknowledged that she comes into its own. Williams shared after the competition:
I think Mil has also done a good job by taking an initiative myself. We live together for the games – I, she, her and Kia. I think that just speaks to the mentality she tries to have, and to be around us and to do the right one. So I think she will just get better. I thought she communicated very well. It is a difficult team that plays with five shooters, and I thought she did what she could and she will get better and better
