The primary market is preparing for a new busy spell of the year with no fewer than 10 companies that launch their first public offers (IPOs) this week. Together it is expected that these issues will increase more than RS 1.190 Crore, which reflects the robust pipeline from companies that tap the floating investor sentiment.

The largest selection comes from Vikran Engineering, which opens RS 772 Crore IPO on 26 August. The price band is set at RS 92–97 per share and the issue will be closed on 29 August.

The Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company plans to use the yield mainly for working capital needs and general business purposes.

Anlon Healthcare, who tries to increase RS 121 Crore in the same window, is another remarkable problem problem with shares priced in the reach of RS 86-91.

The SME segment will see a flurry of smaller floats. Globtier Infotech and NIS management will open their books on 25 August, with the issue of RS 31 Crore and RS 60 Crore. Both close on August 28.


A day later, on 26 August, three more SMEs -Current infrastructure projects (RS 41.8 Crore), Sattva Engineering Construction (RS 35.4 Crore) and the larger Vikran Engineering and Anlon HealthCare problems will open. Everything will be closed on August 29 on August 28, Oval Projects Engineering will be on the market, followed by three songs on August 29 – Sugs Lloyd (RS 85.7 Crore), Snehaa Organics (RS 32.7 Crore) and Abril Paper Tech (RS 13.4 Crore). These will close on 2 September. While the fundraising activity has remained strong all year round, market observers notice that the clustering of problems could test the liquidity of the retail trade, even if institutional appetite remains firm. However, the spotlight will be about how Vikran Engineering and Anlon Healthcare Fare’s motherboard offer, given their size and sector position.
