Ravi Kapoor will take on a non-executive role as Vice Chairman of Investment Banking at Investec India.
Ravi Kapoor, an experienced investment banker, founded SACS Partners, an independent consultancy providing strategic advisory, M&A and capital raising solutions to large and mid-sized companies and financial sponsors in India.
He is a seasoned investment banker with over 37 years of investment banking experience and has the expertise of executing over 600 deals in Capital Markets and M&A Advisory, raising over $500 billion in India.
Investec India is majority owned by the British Investec Bank PLC, a full-service bank with a market capitalization of GBP 5.3 billion.
In 2025, Investec closed 51 advisory and capital markets transactions worth $13 billion.
