The Local Organizer Committee (LOC) invites international referees to agree at the upcoming event:
ITTF Asian Para is struggling (CHN) 14 – 19.10.2025
It is an open invitation, which is why not all submissions can be accepted.
Only online nominations submitted by BonaFide National Associations will be considered
Full hospitality is provided in two rooms, from dinner on the day before the event starts to have breakfast on the day after the event ends.
All invited referees must organize their own transport to the region, as well as travel and medical insurance policies. Moreover, all invited referees are responsible for early arrival and leave departure. Local transport will be provided to and from Beijing International Airport.

An invitation letter will be provided. Keep in mind that all costs related to the visa application are the responsibility of the applicant and the issue of a visa is at his own discretion of the relevant consulate or embassy.
Every referee receives a daily fee per locomotive, per match day:
Gold Badge Referees: 80 USD
Blue Badge referees: 65 USD
Blue Badge referees in progress: 50 USD
White Badge Umpires: 50 USD
In the case of a day off, the locomotive pays 50% of the daily fee
