Packaging billionaire Heloise Pratt is selling her Toorak home.
Billionaire heiress Heloise Pratt is among the super-rich homeowners taking advantage of Melbourne’s recovering housing market as the spring selling season gets underway.
In Toorak, the packing thrush hit the market this week with a range of $58 million to $63 million.
And a seven-bedroom mansion at 6 St Georges Rd is aiming for a sale of $45.5 million-$50 million.

Ms. Pratt, along with her siblings Anthony Pratt and Fiona Geminder, co-owns the global packaging and recovery company Visy, founded by their late father, prominent businessman Richard Pratt.
Marshall White director Marcus Chiminello is overseeing the marketing campaign for Ms. Pratt’s pad, which features a games room, gym, pool and guesthouse with a marble bar.
Antoinette Nido, director of Melbourne Sotheby’s International Realty, which lists 6 St Georges Rd, said it had been owned by the same family for more than five decades.
Mrs Pratt’s Toorak home is on a 3,322 sqm block with a tennis court.

Ms Nido said the 3,509 square meter offering includes extensive botanical gardens, a Hollywood Hills-style oval pool and “a fantastic billiards room with a great bar”.
She expects strong interest from both local and international buyers.
“It is exceptionally rare to have almost an acre of land on St Georges Rd, which is truly the pinnacle of life in Toorak,” Ms Nido said.
She has also seen an increase in buyer inquiries and activity this spring.
“It’s when many buyers, perhaps who have been looking all year, are waiting to see what else comes to market so they can compare offers,” she added.
The circa 1920 mansion at 6 St Georges Rd, Toorak, has been in the same family for more than 50 years.
There are seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and parking for seven cars, plus several sitting rooms and study areas.
The billiard room has a bar.
Other impressive properties recently offered for sale in Victoria include a circa-1928 home at 29 Lansell Rd, Toorak, with an asking price of $31 million to $34 million, a Tuscan-inspired estate at 621 Tucks Rd, Shoreham, available for $21 million to $23 million, and a four-bedroom home at 1 St Ninians Court, Brighton, with a price from $20 million to $22 million.
Morrell and Koren lawyer Matthew Cleverdon said there would likely be a series of offers in Melbourne in late spring before the auctions end in early November.
“The majority of properties sold this year will come onto the market in the next few years
weeks,” Mr Cleverdon said.
According to PropTrack, 1168 homes in Victoria will go under the hammer this week.
The state recorded a 67 percent clearance rate last week.
Expressions of interest at 6 St Georges Rd close at 1pm on November 25.
