IndiaMart Q3 results: Cons PAT rises 56% YoY to Rs 188 crore, revenue increases 13%

IndiaMart InterMesh reported a 56% increase in its consolidated net profit in the December quarter at Rs 188 crore, compared to Rs 121 crore in the same period a year ago. The company reported 13% growth in consolidated revenue from operations at Rs 402 crore, compared to Rs 354 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.While profit after tax grew 128% sequentially, revenue rose 3% quarter-on-quarter.

IndiaMART’s standalone revenue stood at Rs 368 Crore, registering a YoY growth of 9% and Busy Infotech’s revenue at Rs 32 crore.IndiaMART is an online B2B marketplace for business products and services. It connects buyers and sellers across product categories and regions in India.

The company reported customer collections growth of 17% year-on-year to Rs 426 crore for the quarter under review. IndiaMART’s standalone collections worth Rs 390 crore, registering a YoY growth of 14%, and Busy Infotech Collections of Rs 33 crore.

Deferred revenue as of December 31, 2025 rose to Rs 1,775 crore, representing a year-on-year growth of 19%. This mainly includes IndiaMART standalone deferred revenue of Rs 1,654 crore and Busy Infotech Deferred Revenue of Rs 112 crore. The company’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) stood at Rs 134 crore, down 3% year-on-year and up 3% quarter-on-quarter. The EBITDA margin in the October-December quarter was 33%.

Consolidated cash flow in the quarter under review stood at Rs 129 crore, up 13% year-on-year and quarter-on-quarter.
