India: Hockey Punjab awarded as the champions of the 15th Hockey India Sub Junior Men National Championship 2025

Chennai, August 8, 2025: Hockey Punjab was tormented as the champions of the 15th Hockey India Sub Junior Men National Championship 2025 when they won the final of division ‘A’ Hockey Jharkhand 4-3 in the final.

The last day of the event saw dominating performances by Hockey Punjab and Uttar Pradesh Hockey when both teams won their respective competitions to win the title and the bronze medal respectively.

The first match between Uttar Pradesh Hockey and Hockey Madhya Pradesh saw Hockey Madhya Pradesh start strongly and start a lead of two goals in the first half. However, they were in the last two quarters by Uttar Pradesh Hockey, such as Ali Shahrukh (47 ‘, 51’, 51 ‘), scored a hat trick, supported by Mohd Atif Raynee (40 ′) and Prahalad Rajbhar (55 ′), each of their team scored a goal. Hockey Punjab is quickly the same as Akshit Salaria (29 ′) and Varinder Singh (30 ′) score quickly in succession.
