Danny and Amy Neilsen only arrived in Mudgeeraba for two months before it was called the best lifestyle for homeowners in Queensland.

With a two -year -old and an old baby of four weeks, the couple looked up and down the Gold Coast to find the right house for their growing family.

“We were probably looking for a good 8 months,” said Mr. Neilsen.

“That was quite difficult – because of those processes and the weekend open houses while they juggling with a toddler, because they usually coincide with a nap.”

When the couple thought a house that they could afford, they did not yet realize the benefits of the suburb.

A new report form The MCG quantity of surveyors discovered that the Mudgeeraba-Bonogin area is the best real estate market in Southeast Queensland for lifestyle and growth.

“We had no idea that it was so beautiful and friendly here, but now that we know we want to spread it a bit,” said Mrs. Neilsen.

“People have been in our street here for 45 years,” she said.

Raine & Horne -agent Jasmin Turpin, who grew up in the area, said that the suburb became ‘very desirable’ for new families, when older residents moved to smaller houses.
