In the mail: no normal coffee

Arrived this week in the mail for assessment were three tubes with ‘no normal coffee’.

From the manufacturer:

I am excited to use it for an iced latte, but our fridge died and there is no milk. And because there is no milk, there is no oat milk cream for a hot coffee. So I am hampered. At the moment we are waiting for the repairers to call back.
